Loved eating here. In the heart of the York Christmas markets it was a great stop for refreshments and something quick to eat. I ordered the prawn skewers with a Greek salad and it was delicious. I was surprised by the portion size as I received two skewers of prawns which was more than enough to accompany my generous salad. Staff were informative of the menu but delivered the information a little fast which made it hard for us as a group to understand (like it was from a script). But was kind enough to repeat and answer any of our questions. The atmosphere was cosy and staff friendly, I would eat here again.
What a great find. Fantastic food all freshly cooked, well seasoned and good portion sizes. "greek tapas". Ordered a few of the dips with the homemade breads, never eaten greek dips that were so tasty. The kebabs, chicken souvlaki and meatbslls were amazing, really fresh salads also. Very friendly staff and good service. Chilled vibe, will definitely be going back.
We really enjoyed everything we had. Lots of vegetarian choices on the meal. Limited dessert menu (3 options) but the orange cake and greek yoghurt dishes were both good - although possibly better if you order one of each and then share half and half.
It was our first time at Inos and we were not disappointed. The service was great with very attentive and friendly staff. The food was flawless and some of the best Greek food I have had. I would highly recommended!
Brilliant last minute dinner last Friday evening. We sat up at the window and were able to watch the world go by as we were ably served by our very friendly waiter. We chose a variety of dishes which came out as they were ready and everything was delightful. The Greek salad was so fresh and a perfect accompaniment to the chicken souvlaki and platter of the tastiest, most delicious and tender lamb chops that we've had in a long time! We enjoyed trying one of the Greek wines which was a little different to reds from other countries. All in all a night of fab food and great service-definitely one to go back to.
