Excellent service and advice on the phone when ordering a Giant bike online. Bike arrived quickly, well packaged and set up for final assembly at home. Gears and brakes etc working perfectly straight out of the box. Highly recommend.
Ordered the Giant gravel bike and received top class service. Great communication from the team on my order / when my bike would be delivered too. Dealt and spoke with Dave who was absolutely legendary, fully recommend.
