Very happy with the service provided by Twisted Cogs. I didn't have to wait long to be booked in. Tom quickly identified the problem with the gears slipping on my 11 year old Dawes hybrid bike. Accurate quote provided of work required and likely cost. Work completed the same day. My bike now feels like new! Thank you Tom.

It’s not like Tom needs anymore 5star reviews but when I faced him with a '2 bike dilemma' and very little time he took the challenge and absolutely smashed it. Great guy, fantastic experience & skills. Cannot recommend enough. Just be kind and give him more time!!!!

Tom takes a pride in not only fixing a bike, but in making things the best they can be. Be it altering a cable routing to reduce drag, helping stop on bike rattles or anything he spots he'll always do his best. Fantastic wheel builds too. I have 2 sets that are still going strong 5 years down the line 👌
