Very happy with the service provided by Twisted Cogs. I didn't have to wait long to be booked in. Tom quickly identified the problem with the gears slipping on my 11 year old Dawes hybrid bike. Accurate quote provided of work required and likely cost. Work completed the same day. My bike now feels like new! Thank you Tom.

Thanks to Twisted Cogs, my vintage bike now runs like a dream! Tom did an excellent job, overhauling my father's 1950s ex-time-trial road bike. As he said "It was ready for a good going through to bring it back into its prime" - and now it's all running smoothly again, better than ever. Great job, highly recommend Twisted Cogs

It’s not like Tom needs anymore 5star reviews but when I faced him with a '2 bike dilemma' and very little time he took the challenge and absolutely smashed it. Great guy, fantastic experience & skills. Cannot recommend enough. Just be kind and give him more time!!!!

Tom is the best bike mechanic around. I’ve trusted him for years with my road bikes & family bikes. Always on hand to offer honest & impartial advice. Constantly goes above and beyond to help me and my family get back on the road. Handsome chap too!

Tom takes a pride in not only fixing a bike, but in making things the best they can be. Be it altering a cable routing to reduce drag, helping stop on bike rattles or anything he spots he'll always do his best. Fantastic wheel builds too. I have 2 sets that are still going strong 5 years down the line 👌
