I purchased a product from Gear4Music a couple of weeks ago and for whatever reason the email confirmation did not have a tracking number. The item was quite large so I was concerned about being home for its arrival and thus reached out to the CS team to see if I could get any clarity. Alaw Jones has been absolutely amazing. I received a very swift reply with a promise of contacting the curior, was kept in the loop and then after the product had arrived, once again checked in with me to close out the loop. Customer Service like that is becoming quite rare especially during the festive period so wanted to give a huge shout out to Alawn and the team for assuring me and letting me know I was in good hands!

Would definitely recommend. Emailed a couple of times before I bought the xylophone for some advice. Very quick and helpful replies . Also called after receiving the product as I couldn’t attach the stand. They talked me through it step by step. I can’t fault any of their service. I’m so pleased I found this store online.

I bought a pair of studio speakers online recently and I'm absolutely delighted with them. The items were dispatched ahead of schedule and arrived several days early. The communication was excellent at all stages of the process - lots of emails, etc., allowing me to track the progress of my order. All-in-all a great organisation to do business with. I would definitely recommend Gear4Music and will be back for purchases in the future. Good work people.

I would recommend you Do Not Use this company. Ordered amp that showed 20 in stock on Wednesday and paid for next day delivery which showed Friday. Received order confirmation and money was taken, but come Thursday afternoon no despatch notification. Emailed customer service who replied at 21:20 in the evening advising that my order had missed the despatch, but would definitely be with me Saturday. I had already arranged to be at home on Friday so this was considerably inconvenient especially as I had paid for next day delivery. Promised by Leo that he would ensure the order was despatched. Received an email lunchtime Friday advising that they had no stock in the UK (despite website still saying 20 available for Saturday delivery) it would need to be shipped from Sweden and would not arrive for another 10 days, much too late for me. Very poor experience overall and reading other reviews seems that this is a common issue.
