What an experience! Friendly service, great advice. Cannot praise them highly enough. From the moment we walked into the shop, to the moment the needle came down on our first vinyl at home, the whole process was an absolute pleasure. David thoroughly explained all our options and the pros and cons of each. When we collected our system (Rega turntable and amp, Fyne Audio speakers) a month or so later, David spent time explaining how to set up the system. Nothing was too much trouble. Sadly, this sort of service and product knowledge has all but disappeared from the UK High Street, but The Sound Organisation really know their stuff and how to treat their customers. When we are ready to add to our system, we'll be straight back!

Stopped in on a whim to take look around. Bob was very kind and greeted us. Whilst we were 'just taking a look', he saw that I was curious about record players. Bob took the time to show me how it works and gave me a quick understanding of what one needs to get one going in the home. He was very kind and attentive without putting any pressure on us. I really appreciated his time and his passions. One day, I would love to have a record player set up in my home, and I wouldn't hesitate to come to Sound Organisation to see Bob make this dream of mine come true. Great shop with lovely people. Would recommend.

Within the last 20 months I have had the pleasure of purchasing new audio equipment from the Sound Organisation. The service and advise I have been given by Matt has been outstanding. I recently visited the shop in York to have a demo of new speakers - Spendor D7.2, and turntable - Rega Planar 8 . I decided on purchasing these 2 items along with Atacama furniture. Once everything had arrived Matt said he would come to my home to install the audio . As I live in Kendal in the Lake District I thought this was excellent service. A date and time was arranged for Matt to visit me.He gave me advice on what speaker cable to use and how to set up the turntable too . I will definitely be using The Sound Organisation in future . I had the best experience shopping in The Sound Organisation! Bob in particular was really helpful and very kind. They answered all of my questions and never made me feel stupid for asking anything. Came away with some incredible speakers, after testing them in their listening room. If anyone is considering investing in their Hi-Fi set-up, I couldn't recommend The Sound Organisation enough!

I recently updated my HiFi system with Sound Organisation and had the best customer experience. David installed my new system with expertise and care ensuring best possible outcome. In addition to this, he resolved an issue with my streamer and organised a fix back in the store and returned it to me the next day perfectly restored. Many thanks to John too for his contribution in this matter. These guys really do go above and beyond the call of duty and genuinely care with a passion about their work. Great job and highly recommended!
