Yorkshire Dance’s Dance On programme for over 55s is delighted to present a special flashmob performance in The Broadway Shopping Centre in Bradford on Wednesday 8th March to celebrate International Women’s Day. Shoppers and the general public are invited to dance with the Dance On group or watch either of the two five minute performances at 12.00pm and 12.30pm.
Dance On participants from across Bradford and Leeds have been rehearsing a short routine in their weekly classes. The general public are encouraged to join in, free of charge. This is a great opportunity to find out more about Dance On and meet the Dance On team. This event will celebrate the wide range of dance abilities and prove that people are never too old or inexperienced to try something new.
How to get involved
Where: The Broadway Shopping Centre, Bradford, BD1 1JR. In the performing space next to Costa Coffee.
When: Wednesday, 8th March 2023.
Time: Arrive at the shopping centre from 11.30 am. Performances are at 12.00pm and at 12.30 pm.
What to wear: We encourage participants to wear purple if they can
