Our handsome Victorian hotel created from two lodging houses, enjoys a prestigious position on Scarborough’s elegant Esplanade. Whether you are looking for peace and quiet or to explore the many local attractions the Weston Hotel is the perfect base.
A short stroll will take you to the town centre with its shops, cafes, theatres, historic castle and busy harbour area. The Spa Theatre Complex, home to the famous Spa Orchestra and the sands of South Bay beach are easily reached via the cliff lift, just 100 yards from our front door.
We have 32 bedrooms each individual in size and shape, however each has been refurbished to the same high standard of style and comfort. Our 18 sea facing rooms enjoy panoramic views across the bay from the Norman castle and harbour area in the North, to Cayton Bay and Filey Brigg in the South.
Our restaurant, “The Cecil” enjoys a reputation for exceptional food and friendly service. Our seasonal dinner menu offers a wide choice of dishes all of which make use of the best Yorkshire and seasonal produce, locally reared meats; fresh fish and vegetables.
