Yay Coffee! is an independent speciality coffee business established in 2015 by husband and wife team Rob & Lottie. Thanks to a global pandemic & the shift in lifestyle that brought, they took the plunge, shut their fixed premises in 2020 and began building their little mobile coffee truck, so they could take the same great drinks on the road in their Bedford Rascal to a wider area.
They believe that you should be able to get a great quality coffee anywhere- so they’ve equipped the Yay truck with nothing but the best kit and a super knowledgeable barista so you can be sure your brew will be a good one.
Alongside the coffee, they’ve carefully sourced some special loose leaf teas, herbal blends and hot chocolates, which can be paired with a selection of delicious treats. Suppliers include HasBean Coffee, Storm Tea & Kokoa Collection, Soda Folk & Karma Drinks.
