Caving is one of their specialties as they can offer a range of levels from introductory ones suitable for families to advanced trips. In addition to the caving, they can offer Climbing and Abseiling and also Navigation Skills from basic map & compass, GPS to National Navigation Award Scheme Gold Award accredited courses.

Also, nearby, head to the glorious Forest of Bowland – an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Internationally important for its heather moorland, blanket bog and rare birds, a small area of North Yorkshire lies within its boundaries. Bentham, the gateway to the Forest of Bowland, is an unspoilt but busy little place, standing on the River Wenning. This year marks the 50th Anniversary of their designation as an AONB and they have lots of events and festivals going on to celebrate this.
