Grassfield Hall and its history:

Built in 1810, historic Grassfield Hall is a Grade II listed building and now a family-run business. The grand building is nestled within large gardens and boasts picturesque views over the surrounding Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Having bought a derelict Grassfield Hall in 2010, the owners have restored it, with the focus on transforming the Georgian Manor House into guest accommodation reflecting the history of the building whilst adding a luxurious modern twist.

Self-Catering House Rental:

Grassfield Hall can be hired as a self-catering house rental sleeping  16 people for 2 nights or more. We can offer activities to be booked alongside the rental to enhance your stay, such as a hot tub, Murder Mystery and Casino nights and private dining. Please email Lisa for our House Rental brochure which includes our rates.

The Bed and Breakfast:

We have eight en suite bedrooms all tastefully decorated and each highly individual. Some have jacuzzi baths, TV’s in the bathrooms, incredible views and feature designer beds. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen televisions, hot drinks making facilities and free Wi-Fi. They also have many added touches, such as bottled water and homemade cakes for each guest. We serve breakfast straight from the AGA with a varied menu full of local produce including a Dales full English, pancakes and French toast.

Weddings and Events:

We offer bespoke weddings with exclusive use of the hall and its grounds for the weekend. Ceremonies can take place in the beautiful grounds or in our period Hanley Room.

The dining room can seat up to 40 guests for a fine dining experience catered by local chefs, with extra guests joining later.

Things to do in the area:

Pateley Bridge is a very traditional town and you may think you have stepped back in time. It hosts the oldest sweet shop in England, fantastic places to dine and spectacular scenic walks, plus we are only 14 miles from Harrogate. A wide variety of outdoor activities can be enjoyed- walking in the beautiful Dales or exploring the area by cycling, pony or Llama trekking. Just 4 miles away is the impressive outdoor centre How Stean Gorge.
