The Waterboys

The Waterboys are a Scottish-Irish folk rock band formed in 1983. Their music is characterized by a unique blend of traditional Celtic music, rock and roll, and poetic lyrics. The band has had numerous hits over the years, including “The Whole of the Moon” and “Fisherman’s Blues”. Interestingly, The Waterboys have a connection to Yorkshire as they recorded their album “This Is the Sea” at Red Deer Studios in Leeds.
