Bainbridge

Yorebridge House – The dining room is calm and peaceful for breakfast as light streams in through the French windows with views over the North Yorkshire Dales, but by night, is dark and candle-lit, where guests can linger in an atmosphere of decadence. The hotel’s head chef Dan Shotton has brought culinary skills and flair that have to be seen and tasted. Including such delights as Whitby Crab with Soft Shell Crab, Pink Grapefruit & Quail’s Egg, Wensleydale Lamb with Peas, Girolles & Braised Shoulder and to finish a Dark Chocolate Pave with Blood Orange & Chocolate Soil. The menu changes seasonally and is designed to complement the character/attributes of the hotel. It portrays our passion for fine dining, producing menus excelling in design, flavour and innovation, served in a relaxed, romantic atmosphere, looked after by knowledgeable, friendly, professional staff.

Grassington

The Fountaine Inn – Dining at the Fountaine is an informal affair, find a table in the bar browse our menu decide what you would like to eat and place your order at the food desk near the restaurant. Alternatively you may wish to enjoy a full waitress service were by you can check on arrival or ring and book a table at a time you require

The Blue Lion, East Witton – The candlelit restaurant, once described as “one of the most romantic restaurants in the whole of England,” provides a stunning setting in which to enjoy a gourmet meal. It is a restaurant for all seasons, with freshly prepared food, using a wide variety of mainly Yorkshire ingredients.

Tennants Auction House –  Spearheaded by Head Chef Craig Smith, who has over 15 years’ experience, the revamped restaurant is now open to all for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea, 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday and on Saturdays when there is an auction. The extensive and varied menu uses locally sourced products ensuring all dishes are made to the highest of standards. You will also find a wide selection of freshly baked cakes, biscuits and muffins or why not treat someone to a newly introduced traditional afternoon teas.

Masham

Vennell’s Restaurant – Head Chef and owner Jon Vennell spent his early years as a chef in Switzerland, then moving to Leeds for ten very successful years as head chef at Haley’s Hotel. In 2005 Jon with his wife Laura opened Vennell’s with a clear philosophy, fresh local produce handled with care and cooked sympathetically

Samuel’s at Swinton Park – Head chef, Simon Crannage, enjoys an enviable reputation for the quality of the food served at Samuel’s. Swinton Park’s 3 AA rosette Restaurant. The emphasis in the restaurant menu is on seasonal and local produce inspired by the fruit, vegetables and herbs grown in the hotel’s four acre walled garden. Dinner in Samuel’s Restaurant offers guests a choice of Market Menu, Signature Menu or Tasting Menu and the menus change accordingly.

Richmond

The Frenchgate Restaurant – Enjoy some of Yorkshire’s finest food, wines and refreshments, served in beautiful surroundings. Feast on a superb dinner, a stylish lunch, or simply call in for a delicious coffee.

The Coach House at Middleton Lodge is a boutique hotel and restaurant with a fresh take on a country retreat. Offering an authentic and contemporary setting for guests to relax and enjoy. The restaurant menu has been created by Gareth Rayner and his take on simple, well loved British dishes. Gareth uses the very best of North Yorkshire produce, from premium cuts of beef to a selection of seasonal vegetables all from the local area. 

Settle

Food is one of the biggest passions at The Lion at Settle. Their menus are created to showcase the best local in season produce, sourced from trusted suppliers throughout Settle and the surrounding area. They believe that with great quality ingredients you don’t have to try too hard, which is why the dishes are simple, but beautifully executed by our Chef, John Wild.

The Traddock’s award winning restaurant draws on an Anglo-Saxon theme where dishes are a blend of the traditional and the unfamiliar. They pride themselves on using local and seasonal ingredients, and organic produce

Skipton

Angel at Hetton, Skipton – Food is the essence here with customers travelling from far and wide to enjoy delicious freshly prepared local Dales bred lamb, beef and seasonal game. Since 1983, the Angel at Hetton has become a place to enjoy the finest of food, good real ales and a wine list hand picked of extraordinary length and surprising value.

Elsworth Kitchen, Skipton – Located in the historic canal quarter of Skipton, Elsworth Kitchen is a vibrant, welcoming licensed restaurant serving fresh authentic food. Award-winning chef Bruce runs an open kitchen experience serving quality, thoughtfully sourced dishes with his signature style.

The Devonshire Fell boasts delicious local food and great wine. This contemporary restaurant with rooms promises a relaxed environment in which to enjoy your meal. The newly transformed conservatory is the perfect place to conclude your evening, with cosy seating and the best views in Wharfedale; overlooking the river, the picturesque village of Burnsall and across to the hills of the Yorkshire Dales – add in delightful banter from a friendly team and you are sure of a fantastic night out.

In Rhubarb Restaurant they use seasonal, local produce wherever possible, meaning the dishes have the quality and freshness that makes them so delicious. The head chef creates modern British cuisine with a Yorkshire twist and the seasonal ingredients give you the very best menu throughout the year.

Cravan Heifer, Addingham – A family – run establishment with great food and themed rooms, set in the picturesque surroundings of Yorkshire. Their menu showcases unpretentious modern British flavours and features the best available local seasonal ingredients.

The Bull at Broughton, near Skipton, has long been one of Yorkshire’s landmark pubs. Famous as much for its hospitality as it is for its beautiful location. But now it’s about to become an even bigger attraction…as a Ribble Valley Inn…and with a menu specially created by Northcote’s Michelin Star chef, Nigel Haworth.
