Robin Hill is a late 18th Century Grade II listed cottage situated 50 yds from Settle Market Place in a quiet and sheltered position below Castlebergh rock in the old part of Settle.

The front door opens onto the dining lounge with 2-seater sofa, fireside chair, old rocking chair,coffee table, flatscreen TV and dining table & 3 chairs.  There are exposed beams and electric fire in a large feature stone fireplace.

Down 2 steps is the small but well-equipped kitchen with access to the patio garden with table and chairs, and to the laundry shared with Brewhouse Cottage and The Old Brewhouse.

Also on the ground floor the bathroom, which has a washbasin, toilet & shower cubicle, is converted from the old pantry and still has the old slate shelves, now used to hold a plentiful supply of towels. 

Upstairs the front bedroom has a standard double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, chest of drawers with large mirror, a chair, a hanging space for clothes and a window seat.  The smaller bedroom has a single bed, stool, wardrobe, and views over the rooftops of Settle.

Gas central heating throughout.  All fuel, power, bedlinen & towels included in price.

Shared laundry with washing machine & tumble dryer.

Parking is on-street but if you prefer something more secure there is one garage available for an extra charge of £10.

Robin Hill is non-smoking and I’m sorry but we do not take pets.
