Glenora Guest House

Description

The Glenora is a Victorian house built in the late 1800's and still has a lot of its original features. We have a Pretty South Facing Front Lawned Garden with Outdoor Seating with views of the North Yorkshire Moors and distant hills.

We have five Bedrooms of which 4 are en-suite. The bedrooms are larger than most with some original features which make this house pretty special.

On the Ground Floor there is a Twin Room En-­Suite (bath with shower over) then on the 1st floor there are 2 Double Rooms and a Family Room all these rooms are en-­-suite. Also we have a Single Room which has its own Private Bathroom across the hallway.

All rooms have Flat Screen TV's, Wash Basins, Hospitality Trays, Kettle, Hair Dryer and shaver points. Ironing Board and Iron are available on Request. Free WiFi

One look usually convinces guests that they have found the right place to stay.

Breakfast is served in the dining room from 8.30 to 9.30am. A selection of cereal, fruit and juice is available also porridge and Full English breakfast cooked to order using fresh locally sourced products, free range eggs and the famous Fortunes Smoked Kippers. If you have any dietary requirements please do let us know and we will do our best to accommodate these.

If you are celebrating anything special we can arrange to book a restaurant or order flowers, so please just ask. If you are a Cyclist we have a secure place to put your bike.

Check in is 2pm to 6pm. If you require check in outside of these times please contact us in advance to confirm.
