Last weeks delivery was 2 hours after the agreed time, no apology given. This week the delivery was delayed 2 hours again due to the van breaking down, then when it arrived half the order was missing. As others have said, no one answers the store phone. Last time i use this service.
Never answer the phone. Ordered same day delivery and never turned up. Attempted to ring multiple times. I ordered same day for a reason.
Went this morning, and the sign in door window says 08:30! Shutters still down at 08:50! Staff member came but only opened shutter a few inches! Felt stupid stood outside! Had plans, these have gone to pot! Decided to find somewhere else to shop!
You have a delivery time for a reason simple my orders already going into 30 minutes late drivers gone back to load up again I'm no fool I've not got all day to wait I'll never order this way ever again then excuse sorry we're running late employ drivers who know where there going
Was quite surprised at the choice of food items. Wished I had a larger freezer. Didn't go in for anything but came out with a lot of items. Will definitely shop there again. There's bargains to be had. Definitely suits a smaller budget.
