We came down to white rose centre as we needed to get some paperwork printed off and as soon as we walked in was greeted with and smile and this lovely gentleman called Marcus asked how could help. What a lovely friendly man who helped us straight away and we had a little chat and made us laugh. What a credit to Halifax at white rose centre . Please stop closing banks they are to many going and having that one on one service is lovely. Well done Marcus who was from another branch but helped us no end . 👏👏👍
For a day trip, Halifax in Calderdale is worth a visit. You have the piece hall of course, with its many shops and lots of cafes but Halifax town centre is right next door! Visit the minster or the beautiful indoor market,or visit the Halifax gibbet,a ten minute walk from the town centre. Halifax has a beautiful, lots of charity shops if you're looking for a bargain, if you have children, Eureka is next to the train station.
I came there and asked for information regarding application for credit card either online or at their branch, a guy who’s Indian working in there were so rude and ignorant, he tried to ignore us by saying some false information, I asked him to call the manager so her name is Claire she’s very nice friendly professional she knew how to help their customers and sorted my problem gave it to me all the information what we need. She did not applied for me but she explained what to do for the next step and asked me to come back after if it’s been refused. Right people for the right place Thank you Claire 👈
The staff are friendly and helpful. I usually complete what I need fairly quickly with no issues. The only feedback is that their outdoor cash machines do not allow cash or cheque deposits.
Miserable staff, completely unhelpful. Greeted with a stern face upon entering. With so many branches closing you would think the few ones left would have some decent staff in. Obviously not.
