Lovely local branch with kind, knowledgeable staff. Always helpful. It’s quite a small branch so can feel rather crowded; sometimes I see the queue and decide it would be better to come back later, but I always get the help I need. Early afternoon closing on Saturdays but at least it is open, unlike many other local banking establishments. Cashpoints outside and in, counter service for paying in, withdrawing and general information; roving member of staff relieves pressure at the counter by filtering the queue.
Matthew helped me with my HTB isa! Was amazing from beginning to end. Very helpful and talked me through everything! Thank you very much x
