My son is autistic the only thing he eats from out is cheese and onion pasties from greggs. He likes it warm if you make it warm in the microwave he will not eat it because it get squishy. Every time i go there i have to explain to them my situation .and ask them to make new pasties if the other pasties are cold but they dont .
Went to get a Greggs “vegetable bake” and was told it had cheese in it so it’s a cheese and vegetable bake! If this was a ham and cheese bake you’d call it that
I really do think a few of the staff in here are a few sandwiches short of a picnic or just clearly can’t read orders. 3 times in a month they sent only one sandwich and 1 drink when it says 2 x on my orders one time I script as a mistake but 3 times in one month is ridiculous… Move to McDonald’s Sunday staff you’ll probably fit in better there
Everytime I vist this greggs nothing but bother. The women are so rude and shoud learn manners. Greggs will put fresh pizza in other places but I got shouted at when I asked in this greggs a big "NO". They always talk loud and have an attitude.
Usually friendly staff however, I was shocked today how angry some of the staff got over a couple of customers that had queued at the wrong side of a table (myself included) We queued there because there were some people taking quite a while to choose their sandwiches and blocking the way. They didn’t say anything to the customers just chuntered angrily to each other loud enough for me and the other customers to hear. I don’t feel like it was necessary or good customer service to be honest!
