<p><strong>IT Service Management Analyst (ITSM)</strong></p> <p>Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office | Leeds / Bradford</p> <p>To £45,000</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Are you passionate about driving service excellence, leading critical IT processes, and shaping the future of IT Service Management?</p> <p><br /></p> <p>We're recruiting for an award-winning, growing technology organisation seeking an <strong>IT Service Management Analyst</strong> to play a key role in delivering and improving IT services across <strong>Major Incident, Change, Problem Management, Service Transition and CAB</strong> processes.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of Change Management, including supporting CAB processes, and Major Incident Management, while playing a key role in governance, compliance, service improvement, and the continued development of the ITSM function</p> <p><br /></p> <p>You’ll work with modern ITSM tooling, including <strong>Jira Service Management</strong>, supporting service reporting, workflow improvements, process optimisation, and data-driven decision making.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business investing in its ITSM capability, with a genuine pathway to progress into an <strong>ITSM Lead</strong> role.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>We're looking for:</strong></p> <p>ITIL-certified professionals with experience across Major Incident and Change Management</p> <p>Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and service governance</p> <p>Confidence managing change requests, facilitating CAB discussions, and ensuring effective change governance</p> <p>Experience in Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis, and Service Reporting</p> <p>Hands-on experience with <strong>Jira Service Management</strong> (desirable)</p> <p>Knowledge of <strong>ISO20000 and ISO27001</strong> standards (desirable)</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Apply today or get in touch for a confidential discussion.</p> <p><br /></p>
