I'm new to the area. I called into the branch 2 days in a row. I spoke to 3 different staff, all extremely helpful and friendly, and I was dealt with really quickly and efficiently.
Unhelpful staff just say to do everything online
Only 1 cashier open and waited 5 minutes only to be told I couldn't put my cash in at the counter and had to go to the machine...very poor costumer service..
No counter service available for paying in a large deposit. Requested to use a machine which I adamantly refuse to do. Halifax are losing business and funds by not giving customers the service they require.
Fantastic security for online banking. I paid for an expensive item online and they contacted me to make sure it was me. Great friendly staff inn the Bridlington branch always willing to help. Always met with a friendly smile. Thanks Halifax. *****
