If I could give it zero stars I would.my self and my family visited the store last week as its the first outing in a long time for me due to my illness.we visited the store and I had my assist dog with me i placed her in her pram and looked at the window before entering to make sure there was not a no dog sign even though with having an assist dog this ables me to go in any facilties or shops.i was rudeley shouted over by a member of your team she didnt even let me explain any thing and made me leave I went to follow my brother as I didn't know it wasn't a one way system to be shouted at again Infront of everyone I left running out of the store.i should have been approached in a genuine manor and asked to leave.she told me there where signs on the window which may I state my self and family checked as I left there isn't any signage on the window at all.very disappointing and rude staff.please take into consideration when confronting someone in that manor.
Poundland is one of the most popular places to visit. Lots of goods and some of good quality. No longer just a pound but still good cheap prices for those little things you need now and again.
It was full of things, and as we like things, this was useful. Also, most things were a pound, except the things that weren't. Bags were surprisingly cheap, at just 5p each or 20 for a pound. If you have a pound in your pocket, you will leave this store with at least one item, and minus a pound. All in all, I highly recommend this place if you want a poundy experience.
Enjoyed my visit staff were helpful when i needed help. A bit disappointed when i got to check out as there was self service available which i hate. So i asked a member of staff if they would man the till. You shouldn't need to ask tho
Could do with a really good fill of stock, priced up correctly so customers do not have to wait for supervisors to come to reduce them, stock in general to be tidy, rubbish around store removed, till area is better, some of the team are un knowledgeable about where there products are and if they stock them. Could be a better store as it is in the right place
