Greggs at Castleford bus station is amazing!! The food is amazing,the staff are lovely, but most of all,the convenience!!! They open super early and close late!! So if you have a spare 10 minutes for your bus and are feeling peckish or hungry,the Greggs at Castleford bus station is perfect!! I've ordered breakfast from there twice for when I go on holiday!! So nice and extremely convenient!! Five stars from me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This Greggs is awesome 👌, every time I go in the staff member ( Karla ) has already got my hot drink ready for when I get to the counter 😀, and knows exactly what I want too. All the staff in here are really polite and helpful, and should probably all get a pay rise for what they have to tolerate day in day out.
I ordered a Margherita pizza but was given a Pepperoni pizza instead. When I raised the issue, the response I received was careless and dismissive, simply saying the order was “misplaced.” This kind of mistake shows a lack of attention and professionalism. Very disappointing experience.
