Great staff (in Belper) and very helpful..my food was bagged and delivered and I only had to buy £25 worth of goods for this.what a great service.
Pretty poor in here lately freezers half full half of the products I want aren't available and when its busy they only have 1 person on the tills. Had 3 ladies packing people's order's at the tills another 2 people doing click & collect and 1 person shelve stacking shocking after start going to pontefract one they seem more organised. Oh and hard to get down the Isle near the where storage room is due to trolley etc dumped there
Iceland still have the £1 range in several large freezers,with plenty of value for money choices,the mini onion Bhaji ,you get 12 for a quid,least I did in my box!
Often call in Iceland mid week, I usually find what I need and there is a decent choice of goods in all departments and the prices are competitive. Only bug bear is at certain times there's a long queue at the till.
Overly rushed and rude checkout.
