Leeds City College - Enfield Centre

was very disappointed with how my exam score was handled at [ Leeds city College _Enfield centre] My writing was originally scored 15, then changed to 13 without a clear explanation. I tried to ask for a second opinion and support, but I still don’t feel I was treated fairly. This experience has made me lose trust in the process, and I hope no other students go through the same.

A lot of negative comments about the Enfield Centre, so here is my experience: yes parking is difficult, yes it can be a chaotic during busy periods, yes it would benefit from funding. None of this , however, should reflect on the kind, hardworking staff here. They are really decent people who I find very helpful. They are all here to help adults access further learning, often in stressful circumstances. It is worth noting that I have always been patient, cordial and polite, and I have always been treated in kind. I really enjoyed learning here, I had fantastic support from my tutor and my peers, and I really enjoyed seeing other mature students flourish and grow in confidence and ability. It is a place where adults can come to get qualifications and re take GCSEs to help them with employment oppurtunities, and my experience was very positive

Diabolical place. No car parking. Poor maths tutors who don't understand pedagogical approaches that help people learn. Only interested in high achievers. Cramped and uninviting classrooms. No customer service from reception.

Teacher teach nicely and all students are well behaved.i really enjoy to study here.i learnt a lot.

It's just a mess, so poorly run, terrible student experience with no obvious lines of communication to address any issues.
