Probably my last time to Greggs, I had a dirty great black hair in my pepperoni pizza slice, approximately 6" in length. Unfortunately, that's it I'm done. Basic hygiene has to be priority. Absolutely gross 🤮
Warm place espiacly when it's raining
To be fair the food is generally the same regardless of branch. My big issue is with the staff at this branch. I visited around 1pm Monday 21st October 2024 and there appeared to be two main female staff members dealing with customers. Both appeared thoroughly miserable and totally unconcerned about ‘service with a smile’. It was clear that neither wanted to be there. Very disappointed.
Serving cold food Lying saying it’s fresh not happy at all
Stopped off at close to closing time to get some pizzas for the kids.. As there was only one slice left the lovely Greggs Member of Staff very kindly offered to make some fresh ones.. Wow.. Well done Greggs on employing such lovely and friendly staff.. Thank you My Greggs Hero Beth.. ❤️🙏
