You give your prescription in and they immediately ask you to pay for it (which I did) They then come back 10mins later and inform me that they don’t my full prescription in stock and may have it tomorrow but will call so I’ll have to come back. I don’t live in Dewsbury I live in Wakefield so massive inconvenience as I can’t even go get it from Pinderfields as they already charged me and given me a “owed prescription” slip. What a waste of time! Can’t wait till they actually privatise the NHS because it’s an absolute joke of a set up
