Tesco Express

Pop in here regularly to buy a few bits when I don't want or have time to go to the superstore. The prices are a little higher than the bigger stores but not by too much. Staff have always been lovely. Self-service tills so you don't have to queue unless you need alcohol, lottery, or cigarettes. You can get pretty much anything you need from fruit/veg to ready meals. Milk and bread to toys and stationery. There's also two freezer doors with chips, pizza, and ice cream along with a few other bits. There's a shared car park for all the businesses and a couple disabled bays with easy access automatic doors. There is also a cash machine outside.

Thank you to the two members of staff who released me from the shoulder bag/basket entanglement today. Well done, ladies, if it wasn't for you I'd probably still be strugging!

On my drive to Leeds it's always my stop off point rather than a petrol station. It's tesco so I can use my club card. Handy little shop. It is in a car park which accesses a pub and other shops like a chip shop etc. Handy for locals too.

Managed to get a quick bite for the kids at a good price, having a club card seems to get a good saving.

Has implemented social distancing well. Markers on floor for 2m and arrow signs for one way system. Staff on door to control number if droppers in store. Most goods in stock.
