Fuel and power inc. in rent, fuel for fire to be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private lawned garden . Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: The stairs have a sharp 90 degree left hand turn at the top. Please be aware of this for anyone who has mobility issues. Note: There is a heritage railway line near to cottage and some noise may be heard when steam trains pass (trains only operate during the day, 2 trains per hour).
