Bit more expensive than others and should stay open until at least 9pm, but 10pm would be better for those that finish work late. usually clean and bright with happy staff 😊
Love the food and value for money. But am not happy about delivery. Still waiting for my order that I booked for delivery and its an hour plus late and still not here. No messages or any idea of when it's gonna be delivered. Poor communication and customer service. Had to cancel prior engagements now as I still have to wait for delivery which even after calling customer service, have no idea when it will be delivered 👎
It's ok with a fair range of products within offers. Not all products were cheap, compared to other outlets...though bargains were there. Like similar outlets, the number of staff, trolleys and stock movement issues was quite high.
Not enough staff mile ling queues to the point people put thier shopping down and walk out
Older woman who works the till is incredibly rude. Making comments to my mother who is disabled and has limited mobility “atleast you can’t run” public humiliation isn’t in. My mum was left being laughed at by a group of people from this comment. I went in to speak to the lady personally and just let her know the comment was rude but she compeletly blanked me. Manager stated this isn’t the first time this week… to leave it with him. Well if this is how your staff are being maybe there needs to be something in place.
