Waited over an hour for my wife's urgent prescription, the number initially given beeped but it was for the wrong person where the very rude african woman working at the counter took it away from me without issuing the correct one. I had to go in and speak to them however the same woman had her back leant against the reception window visibly browsing instagram on her phone playing dumb about what had happened. The prescription was at the bottom of the pile where nobody had even bothered calling out to collect. Awful experience, not what you need after doing a full shift yourself to see someone making it harder for you when they are very obviously slacking.
Got prescription from dermatology dpt',went to hospital pharmacy directly and was advised the pharmacist had gone to lunch and would be one hour + 6 people already waiting. For a pharmacy serving the entire hospital plus outpatients this ridiculous especially when I'm advised that prescriptions can only be obtained from this pharmacy.
Absolutely amazing service left review as soon as i left! Hospital messed up my discharge meds and these guys helped massively! Big shoutout to Kirsty! Thanks guys 😊
