I don't do reviews normally, but would just like to say all the staff here are GREAT. I use the place a lot and find them always polite and welcoming. The three ladies that served me today were all in sparkling form thanks to Mariana, Nikki, and Dianne keep up the good work.
The staff lady there couldnt understand our order and didn't give us the right items; we ordered two steak bakes and two lattes, she got them both wrong. Don't go to this Greggs.
Customer service is shocking. Not even a smile. I ordered a chicken and bacon hot toastie. I watched him lazily cut the sandwich after it being warmed, he hadn’t cut it all the way through but still proceeded to rip it apart which made the underneath bread rip and all the toppings fall off then still forced it into the bag and handed it to me. When paying £3.50 for a sandwich, you don’t expect a pile of slop, You expect a sandwich. My partner ordered some pasties too, all of them absolutely stone cold didn’t even taste like they had been warmed at all. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Nice for a quick bite, some healthy options. The buns and sandwiches are really nice. Not too expensive.
Lazy staff 2 woman can’t be arsed bad attitude and made my hot chocolates with hot water because there to lazy to get some milk out of the fridge
