Our house had been on the market with another estate agent for around 6 months with hardly any viewings. We appointed Whitegates and immediately we had interest and within a week an offer. The offer fell through but the team at Whitegates Dean/Margaret were very positive that we would get more. Within a few more weeks we did. The team were very professional and reassuring. The sale was due to a relationship breakdown but they were very understanding. Thank you so much for selling our house I would strongly recommend you to anyone else struggling to sell a property.

As a seller, I couldn't ask for much more. Dean, Craig and the ladies were entirely professional, helpful and responsive keeping me informed of all viewings and their outcomes at all times. Furthermore they made useful suggestions and even re-photographed some rooms and outside views of the house. I would say the whole team went the extra mile. Well done Whitegates!

So rude, rang up about moving a tenants bond over to a new provider only to be shouted at down the phone. If you're after a polite, customer friendly estate agents...don't go here! Shame as previously they have been decent - seems staff can really ruin the perception of a company.

Professional service provided by Dean Tracey and their team at Whitegates in the sale of my property, will use again and highly recommend whitegates to other Buyers and Sellers, forget about the rest whitegates are simply the best in Brighouse, all tried and tested but whitegates Sell every time many thanks Andrew K.

Staff are rude. Not all staff just one woman.. brown hair and sits closely to the window of the shop. Admin fees are a joke and the man who showed me around the property couldn’t answer any of my questions as he didn’t know anything but where the closest shop was. Asked about council tax etc. He didn’t know anything. The woman who I spoke to is arrogant and has put me off paying for a decent property as I won’t throw money at a estate agency who speaks to me like that.. she is just entirely disrespectful and needs to work on social skills.
