Senior OneStream Consultant | UK (Remote) We're partnering with a growing finance transformation consultancy looking to hire a Senior OneStream Consultant to support the delivery of enterprise-scale CPM programmes across a diverse client portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a OneStream professional with experience in planning, consolidation, or both , who enjoys combining hands-on implementation work with client-facing consulting. You'll work closely with finance teams to design, deliver, and optimise OneStream solutions that drive real business value. Key Responsibilities ▪️ Deliver OneStream solutions across planning, consolidation, reporting, and finance transformation programmes ▪️ Translate finance and business requirements into scalable, best-practice OneStream applications ▪️ Lead workstreams throughout the full project lifecycle, from discovery through to go-live and optimisation ▪️ Configure, test, and enhance OneStream solutions to meet client requirements ▪️ Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and support solution design activities ▪️ Work closely with finance stakeholders to deliver impactful CPM solutions ▪️ Collaborate with architects, project managers, and wider delivery teams across multiple client engagements ▪️ Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery best practices across the practice About You ▪️ Proven experience implementing OneStream solutions within enterprise environments ▪️ Experience across planning, consolidation, financial reporting, or a combination of these areas ▪️ Strong understanding of finance processes including FP&A, consolidation, and performance management ▪️ Comfortable engaging with finance, accounting, and technology stakeholders ▪️ Experience delivering projects within a consulting or client-facing environment preferred ▪️ Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills ▪️ OneStream certifications or broader CPM/EPM experience would be advantageous Location ▪️ UK (Remote) What's on Offer ▪️ Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale finance transformation programmes ▪️ Exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries ▪️ Competitive compensation package ▪️ Clear progression opportunities within a growing OneStream practice ▪️ Collaborative, consulting-led environment with a strong focus on professional development ▪️ Fully remote working with flexibility and autonomy Apply via LinkedIn or get in touch for a confidential discussion. 01603 327634 j.sutherland@hendersondrake.com
