Interim General Counsel (4 days/week - remote)

Immediate need for an Interim General Counsel to join a PE-backed, global player in the pharma manufacturing sector on an initial 8 month FTC basis covering for a period of maternity leave. Fully remote working, part-time - 4 days/week. Reporting to the US based CEO, you will have a strategic role in advising and supporting the business on: complex, cross-border commercial contract negotiation and drafting structuring of strategic partnerships and licensing agreements acting as an advisory to the Board and Exec on legal risk, commercial, corporate and regulatory matters overseeing corporate governance for the Group implementing legal strategy in line with business objectives manage any complex disputes and employment matters lead on legal operations related initiatives instruct external counsel when required To be considered for this role you will be an experience General Counsel, preferably having worked in a similar environment within pharma, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain with a global remit. You will bring a depth of technical knowledge coupled with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced global organisation.
