With custom tubing and a clean finish, it’s a quality platform that looks every bit the part. The RST F1RST fork is specifically tuned for junior riders and provides 80mm of air-sprung travel, giving a smooth, adjustable feel for tackling roots, rocks and descents.Shifting comes courtesy of the Microshift ADVENT 9-speed drivetrain, complete with a clutch-equipped rear mech for chain retention and quieter riding on rough terrain. The 11-42T cassette offers plenty of range for climbing hills and powering along flats. Braking is handled by Shimano MT410 hydraulic discs front and rear, giving powerful and modulated stopping in all conditions.The 26” wheels are fitted with Schwalbe Rocket Ron tyres, a lightweight and fast-rolling choice with trail-ready grip. The low-profile knobs and Addix Speed compound make them ideal for fast-paced XC-style riding.Kids will also benefit from a light overall weight of just 10.9kg, making the bike easier to control on tricky trails and to manoeuvre when off the bike. The bike is rounded off with junior-optimised finishing kit, including a Syncros Future Pro saddle and a 580mm-wide bar for better steering leverage.
