Scanpan CTX 2 Piece Frypan Set

This Scanpan CTX 2 Piece Frying Pan Set is made up of a 20cm and 26cm Frying Pan. Each pan has a 5-ply multi-layer construction of aluminium and stainless steel for optimum heat distribution without hot spots. Suitable for all hob types, including induction, these frying pans are also oven proof up to a temperature of 260°C. The Stratanium non-stick coating is PFOA and PFOS-free, metal utensil safe and offers exceptional performance for perfect cooking results. In fact Scanpan's Stratanium non-stick coating is so good it is designed for fat-free frying so you only ever need add oil or fat for flavouring purposes, making it a healthy choice for the kitchen.The curved sides of the frying pans work well with kitchen utensils and the stylish brushed steel exterior contrasts beautifully with the black interior. Comfortable, riveted handles transfer very little heat. Designed and manufactured in Denmark, the 20cm non-stick frying pan measures approximately 8.5cm high and has a base diameter of 14.8cm.The 26cm non-stick frying pan measures approximately 10.4cm high with a base diameter of 18cm.
