Crossclimb Independent Seated Stepper

The Crossclimb Independent Seated Stepper is a classic CrossClimb with a 7" tactile key console in a sand black colour. This is a non-weight-bearing, weight-loading exercise system. Regular use produces increased aerobic capacity as well as stronger muscles and bones. This exercise machine prevents the user's injury risk from a high impact on joints as activities such as running. The Crossclimb Independent Seated Stepper allows the user independent control of both speed level and resistance. The exercise resistance can be controlled with the + and - buttons positioned on the ends of the handgrips. A strength workout consists of lower exercise speeds and heavier resistance. A power workout combines faster exercise speeds and heavy resistance. Fast exercise speeds and lighter resistance improve leg speed. An endurance programme using slower speeds and lighter weights is ideal for the long-duration workouts recommended by weight-control experts. Mouldings The console is surrounded by an injection-moulded casing, these are are durable, high impact thermoplastic housings, which seal internal components, protecting the vital parts against dust and sweat, and are easy to wipe clean.
