The mug can be personalised with a name up to 12 characters and an additional line of 15 characters on the front of the mug. The reverse of the mug can be personalised with a message over 4 lines, with up to 20 characters per line. Line 1 will appear in fixed upper case, lines 2-5 will appear as entered "If.. were flowers I'd pick you" is fixed text and cannot be changed. Hand washing is recommended. Material is ceramic. Ideal for Mother's Day. When you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to personalise your item. Follow the link to submit the personalised details you require. If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email. Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days.
