The tri-ply construction of the chefs pan allows the pan to heat up quickly and evenly, using less energy and cooking food thoroughly whilst efficiently.Suitable for all hob types including induction, the chefs pan is also suitable for use in ovens up to temperatures of 240°C.The Stellar Eclipse chefs pan has a capacity of 2 litres.The brushed stainless steel exterior of the pan is sleek and sophisticated and includes a riveted polished steel handle.
