UN’SWEET wine is a new generation of zero-sugar wines. Transparently labeled, health conscious, and free from unnecessary additives. All of our products are externally lab tested keeping them zero sugar, gluten free, all while having an alcohol content of 13% to 14%.   Tasting Note Organic Cava with fresh notes of green apples, lime and a distinct dryness. The grapes used include Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo. The prominence of the Macabeo grape showcases the light and fruity character of the wine, whilst maintaining a perfect level of acidity which is essential for sparkling wines. Region Spain
