The Uggiano Chianti Riserva ‘Lucere’ gains its unique rich character through a rigorous wine-making process. The fresh must is pumped over the grape skins twice a day to give the wine it’s colour and tannin.It’s then racked to a large oak botti after 15 days where it remains for 14 months. The wine is then refined in the bottle for a further 12 months before release. Tasting Notes Plum, wild cherry fruit and a spicy balsamic note make for a juicy, mouth-watering red that does not have the overly drying sensation that some red wines tend to have. It’s completely vegan friendly, contains 1g/L of sugar and carbohydrates and is 13.5% ABV.   Region Toscana, Italy
