This variety includes Cinsault, Merlot, Nerello Mascalese, Shiraz, Sangiovese- and the list goes on. Traces Cinsault showcases a vibrant redcurrant and raspberry fruits to enjoy on its own or with roasted meats, smoked fish or pan Asian dishes. You're hit with caramel and vanilla on the nose and the low tannin supports the fruity finish. Our hearty Merlot, Pico a Pico is a rich blend of spicy red fruits of raspberry and blueberry. These are smooth notes, making this red wine a delicious and easy choice of drink. It pairs perfectly with a traditional roast of lamb or beef to help enhance those rich, warming flavours. It also works perfectly with a variety of red meats, hearty pasta, and strong cheeses.  Our Running Duck Merlot was even featured in the press!
