Product Description
Quench your thirst for the trails with the Scott Genius ST 920 Trail Bike. This trail-blazing brand favourite is built for getting up hills fast, and getting down them even faster with the Genius alloy frame and the custom Float X Nude full suspension shock from FOX. With its patented integrated suspension technology, the bike has a low centre of gravity, providing you with ultimate stability and better handling which’ll give you all the confidence you need for any descents, whether a new rider or experienced. The frame is stiffer which mitigates any unnecessary movement in the shock’s direction of travel and keeps you pedalling, unhindered. The Genius ST 920 is part of Scott’s Super Trail family – a series of MTB and e-MTB that feature more adjustable suspension components so you can tailor your ride to the exact way you like it. The ST range focuses on the fun part of the ride; getting downhill! The integrated cable routing offers a sleek appearance to your ride, with the cables disappearing into the headset, protecting them from kinks or bends thus requiring much less maintenance. An external sag indicator can be found in which you can set the sag and identify how much travel you are using. The shock has easy access to it: simply push the button and pop off the cover, so you can adjust what you need to, from the rebound to air pressure. Experience a smooth ride over the bumpiest trails with the SRAM NX-SX Eagle 12-speed and SRAM DB8 4 piston disc brakes, that give you all the stopping power you need to control your descents from the hills. Maxxis Minion and Dissector foldable tyres give you that go-faster edge, minimising drag whilst maintaining your control in turns.Features: Genius alloy frame RockShox Lyrik 160mm FOX FLOAT X Nude, TracLoc, 150mm SRAM NX-SX Eagle 12-speed SRAM DB8 4 Piston disc brakes Maxxis foldable tyres Patented integrated suspension technology: Low centre of gravity that results in better handling and a more stable, confident and inspiring ride for the user Frame's construction is stiffer around the BB which reduces unnecessary movements laterally to the direction of the shock's travel Also protects the shock from debris and the elements, two big enemies of shock performance External sag indicator: allows user to easily set sag and identify how much travel they are using Integrated headset cable routing: Cables flow under the bar and around the sides of the stem before disappearing into the headset Integrated plastic parts to keep the look clean and the bike efficient Avoids bends or kinks in the cables Easy shock access: push the button, pop off the cover and gain access to the shock for adjusting rebound, air pressure etc Super Trail family: mountain and e-mountain bikes that feature suspension components favouring more adjustability Bikes in the ST range have been tailored more towards the downhill part of the ride Specifications: Weight (approximate): 15.8kg / 34.83lbs (tubeless setup) Max. system weight: 128kg - overall weight includes the bike, rider, equipment and possible additional luggage
