Mater Design’s Ocean collection is an outdoor series that was originally designed in 1955 by Jørgen and Nanna Ditzel. The collection’s distinctly Danish aesthetic features a lightweight appearance with repeated slats and a metal frame. Each piece is crafted from 100% recycled post-consumer waste with 20% recycled steel piping, keeping waste out of oceans. Designed for disassembly, each component can be taken apart, allowing it to be recycled into new production circles. The Ocean Lounge Table is a low coffee table design, perfect for resting drinks and books on when relaxing outside. It uses approximately 2kg of ocean plastic waste, helping to address one of the most important issues our planet faces. The recycled plastic offers a strong and durable surface that requires minimal maintenance and is weather proof, a dependable and sustainable choice for your garden furniture.
