I use this shop often and everytime u go in you have trolleys and cages all over the place whilst there trying to stock up (which i get but do it on a night or summit) which is a nightmare as the shop is small enough as it is. Then most of the time u get to the till n the staff are to busy chatting away in there headsets to even pay attention to what youve asked for it gets right on my nerves and is rude.
A very bad Herons in the country. X1 person on the till, x7 people in the queue. Beggars outside the door asking for change. Won't be returning
Staff are polite and helpful but remain professional. The selection of food is amazing. I have found the meals such as roast beef dinner and the breakfast is just the size I need. The offers are good. I love this place. I love shopping in this place. The added stock is amazing
They consistently overcharge you because they sometimes don’t change the labels for promotions. Wrong size stock always put in promotional offers so when scanning at the till it charges full price (example on photo). This has happened to me at least 5 times in the past 2 months. Heron customer support don’t even bother contacting you back. Check your receipt and be careful.
Until you go into a local Heron shop, you don't realise what you're missing or saving. A shop that has fresh, freezer and general grocery products and more, on offer at prices that are less than the prices of your named Supermarkets. Will shop again and save. Staff were friendly too.
