Rude, obnoxious and arrogant staff. I called in this afternoon - the freezer I wanted to purchase from had stock piled on top, which I had to move. When I got to the checkout, 4 (yes 4!!!) members of staff ignored me and continued their non-work conversations. When they FINALLY noticed I was trying to pay - their was zero acknowledgment or rush to serve me. I admit I was annoyed at this total lack of customer service. So, I suggested that they put the potential purchase back in the freezer. This was met by a member of staff (I assume he was staff - as he wasn't wearing an Iceland uniform) openly laughing at me and the other 3 members of staff asking what my problem was. I've worked in retail on many occasions and would never have treated any of my customers so badly. I've noticed this lack of customer service in this and other Iceland branches before but felt totally ignored today and will go out of my way to never ever spend another penny with Iceland.
The best for less, typical Iceland store, and 10% off on Tuesday for OAPs, you know it makes sense.
A perfectly adequate store but rarely very busy due to direct competition from Aldi next door.
Great selection of frozen food with lots of offers. 10 items for £10 is great value. Over 60's discount of 10% on Tuesday.
I went to the store someone had priced something up wrong the till assistant was really good called the manager to assist with the problem He was so rude made me feel like I had lied or misunderstood the price eventually when it was sorted he still never apologised or acknowledged that as a manager you don’t speak to a customer like he did .
