Iceland Stoped selling My (vegan) Protein, since when I endeavour to avoid shopping there. Furthermore: I shouldn't have t travl to Catterick t purchase Daloon Spring Rolls from Farm Foods. Notably on winter upon dedly inclines. I shud b grateful Iceland sells Greggs Vegan Rolls. But givn Greggs yet agen withdrew vegan steak bakes as had Cooplands, I no longer purchase them from either...ironic too is it not. Customer service at Richmond upon Swales, Greggs is laudable, yet here in Northallerton Deplorable as is Northallertons Cooplands too. Quite at variance with Stokesleys exemplary Cooplands, from where I since purchase vegan rolls, as is Northallertons Thomas the Bakers, whom lamentably sell either. But do sell vegetable pastries & spinach rolls. Wota sorry state of affairs.

Most of the products are overpriced, often more than double the price of other local shops. Surf liquid £6! Over the road in Tesco’s it’s only £3 all of their own goods are priced fairly expensive. I’m surprised this shop even keeps open as every time I enter (which is very rare) there is hardly anybody in the store, even the staff are not even on the checkouts. Is it any wonder why the owner of Iceland is going to become a labour member of Parliament, if he is voted in?

Paul the manager is superb, really went above and beyond for us recently when organising some small gifts for local older residents. Online shopping is easy, delivery staff are always friendly and helpful, and the bonus card offers a good way to save some money up each week. The 10% off for pensioners on Tuesdays is a really good idea, but could be advertised better
