Just had a great visit to Majestic Wines in Northallerton. Graham was so knowledgeable and eager to make sure he met our requirements. Great customer service. Looking forward to our next visit for some more recommendations.

Very knowledgeable staff with parking outside. If you’re having a party, their glassware rental service is great. Always good offers on and staff know where the bargains are. It’s not just for wine as there are multiple larger and bitter offers along with a selection of spirits. Love this place.
Needed a greek wine for Greek night, who doesn't? Really engaging chat about many things wine with the lovely staff member. Ended up with an Assyrtiko, which was perfect with the meal I made. After such a great experience, I'll be back to Majestic for future supplies
I have been using majestic for many years - and was a concierge member. I have always found the staff helpful. My visit to Northallerton brach was the worst ever experience. I won’t blame the member of staff, but he was rude to me and my daughter. We were trying wines for my daughters engagement party and the member of staff complained that we had tried all of the wines on the tasting table. We had actually shared a glass each time rather than having one each. I wanted to make a formal complaint but couldn’t find how so am having to write it in a review. Happy to be contacted to discuss more fully.
