This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognised restructuring and insolvency practice with an outstanding reputation for advising insolvency practitioners, lenders, corporates, directors, investors and business purchasers on a broad range of complex matters arising from financial distress and business restructuring. The successful candidate will become part of a specialist national team, working alongside experienced lawyers on high-quality restructuring and non-contentious insolvency mandates for a diverse client base that includes leading advisory firms, financial institutions and corporate organisations. The Role You will be involved in a wide range of restructuring and insolvency matters, including: Advising insolvency practitioners on corporate insolvency processes Assisting with business restructuring projects and turnaround situations Supporting distressed business and asset sales, including pre-pack transactions Advising directors, lenders and investors on insolvency-related issues Working on finance and security matters connected with distressed situations Collaborating with colleagues across a nationally recognised restructuring practice About You Applications are welcomed from solicitors with approximately 1-4 years' PQE, although candidates outside of this range with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
