I can't recommend this self-storage place enough, mainly thanks to the staff. Emma, Stacey and Tanya were all so helpful: taking time to explain all the different room size and cost options over the phone, and being super friendly and supportive. I had a lovely chat with them as I was signing all the forms. The place itself is also very conveniently-located and easy to use.

I had a really smooth experience at the storage facility thanks to April and Tanya. They explained everything clearly and made the whole check-in process super easy. The facility itself is also very convenient.. easy to get in and out without any hassle.
Honestly April is the best member of staff at any establishment I’ve ever seen. Was blown away by the service and so pleased with our experience. She’s an amazing asset to the team and I will be renting a unit in which my decision was heavily influenced by how kind she was
I had a storage unit with them for about a year. Their customer service is top-notch, and all the reception staff have been amazing. Even when my budget was tight for a month, they kindly accommodated me. Whenever I visit the store to buy products, the reception staff have, without exception, been absolutely over the moon. I highly recommend this place!
